What’s Included in the Price

  • Accommodation in the mentioned hotels or similar, on the specified meal plan.
  • Private transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle as per the itinerary.
  • Daily breakfast at the hotel.
  • Services of a licensed, English-speaking tour guide (where applicable).
  • Entrance fees and activity charges for all attractions and experiences mentioned in the itinerary.
  • All applicable service charges.
  • All current government taxes.

What’s Not Included in the Price

  • Lunch, dinner, and any food or beverages other than the stated breakfast.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar, tips, and porterage.
  • Optional tours, excursions, or activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Early check-in and late check-out at hotels, unless specifically stated.
  • Any expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, flight delays, strikes, or political situations).
  • Any other services not specifically mentioned under “What’s Included in the Price.”

Important Notes

  • All prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Hotels listed are subject to change based on availability; similar or higher-category hotels will be provided if required.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier rates.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The balance 50% payment must be settled 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

    • 60 days or more prior to arrival — No cancellation charges apply, provided no commitments or advance payments have already been made to third-party service providers.
  • Between 45 and 59 days prior to arrival — 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival — 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Between 21 and 0 days prior to arrival — 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

 

Additional Conditions

  • All cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total booking value.
  • Any non-refundable payments already made to hotels, airlines, or other suppliers will be charged in full, regardless of the above timelines.
  • No-shows, early departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
  • Date changes may be treated as cancellations depending on supplier policies.
