What’s Included in the Price

  • Transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle (private or shared, as specified).
  • Entrance fees and activity charges for the excursion or experience mentioned.
  • Services of a licensed, English-speaking guide or activity instructor (where applicable).
  • All applicable service charges.
  • All current government taxes.

What’s Not Included in the Price

  • Meals, snacks, or beverages unless specifically stated.
  • Personal expenses such as tips, souvenirs, photographs, or incidental purchases.
  • Optional activities or add-ons not mentioned in the excursion description.
  • Any services not specifically mentioned under “What’s Included in the Price.”

Important Notes

  • All prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Excursions are subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to specified areas and may involve a surcharge for other locations.
  • Shared excursions require a minimum number of participants to operate.
  • The exact schedule may vary slightly depending on traffic, weather, or operational considerations.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the excursion or activity.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • 12 days or more prior to the excursion date — No cancellation charges apply, provided no commitments or advance payments have already been made to third-party service providers.
  • Between 5 and 11 days prior to the excursion date — 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 4 and 0 days prior to the excursion date — 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Additional Conditions

  • All cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total booking value.
  • No-shows, late arrivals, or unused services are non-refundable.
  • Date changes may be treated as cancellations depending on supplier availability and policies.
