Fineway Sri Lanka is not responsible for denied entry, delays, or losses arising from improper documentation.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, delays, loss of belongings, and emergency evacuation.
Health, Safety, and Conduct
Clients must follow all safety instructions and local laws.
Fineway Sri Lanka reserves the right to refuse service to any client whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or offensive, without refund.
Force Majeure
Fineway Sri Lanka shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government actions.
Limitation of Liability
Fineway Sri Lanka acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid directly to Fineway Travel (Pvt) Ltd for the affected services.
Photography and Marketing
Fineway Sri Lanka may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Data Protection
Personal data is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing travel services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Complaints
Any complaints should be raised as soon as possible during the trip so that we have the opportunity to resolve them.
Complaints received after travel may be more difficult to investigate.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
